Family and friends are invited to a sharing on the last day of class

Offered by Kids in Motion, Soccer is designed to be a structured sport for K-3 girls and boys to enjoy as a group. Coaches focus on holding an active class while teaching sportsmanship, respect, character, and team work. During soccer, the focus is on technique and learning how to control the ball, moving on to dribbling, passing, shooting, and scrimmage time. Children also participate in warm ups, stretching, and soccer games for a fun time had by all. The goal is to make friends, be active, and learn a new skill each week, making it a great after school activity!

Have you ever wanted to learn the cheers you hear at your favorite team's football or basketball game? Do you love showing school spirit? Then this is the class for you! Cheer your school on to V-I-C-T-O-R-Y while learning all the basics of this sport including motions, jumps, chants and cheers, and mini stunts. Cheers will be customized to your school, (school colors, mascot, and name incorporated into cheers), so students can carry over their cheers throughout the year at school sporting events! Build on strength flexibility, balance, and overall athleticism while doing activities that build self esteem and teamwork! Students will showcase what they have learned at an end of session in class "pep rally" for parents!

Artistic Cartooning

Does your child have a great sense of humor to compliment his or her artistic skills? If so, give your child the gift of learning and artistry. Your child will LOVE a Young Rembrandts Cartoon class. Many of our lessons will introduce students to drawing exciting, dynamic characters. Young Rembrandts™ Cartooning curriculum uses a structured stepwise format to teach students to create their own animated characters in humorous settings. We break down objects and ideas into simple shapes, then use exaggeration, caricature, and personification to playfully construct our own cartoon images. Our Cartooning curriculum develops academically relevant skills, including spatial-motor planning, mental discipline and fine motor skills, while providing a fun, enriching experience for our students. New lesson every week with six-year curriculum! Students never see a repeat lesson while enrolled from kindergarten to 6th grade.
