About Little Bennett Elementary

The Little Bennett PTA is excited to offer an after school enrichment program for its students! We have three exciting sessions planned - Fall, Winter and Spring - with lots of great classes to choose from in each one. On this site you'll find all the information about program procedures, class descriptions and details you need to participate. Whether you are looking for sports, drama, arts and crafts, technology, science or hobbies, there's something here for everyone. Please click on “View all Courses” button below during Open Registration to register. So go exploring and see what you want to learn!

Transition from school to enrichment programs:

If a student's class is held inside the school, Instructors will proceed to their assigned classroom. Students will be dismissed to their instructor's classroom during end of day announcements. Students who participate in KIDSCO will check in with a staff KIDSCO Staff Member before proceeding to their enrichment class location. If a instructor's class is held outside, Instructors will arrive at 3:25 pm for the first 2 weeks of the class to pick up the kindergarten students from their classrooms and escort them to the back gym door so that they are familiar with the dismissal process moving forward. Instructors will meet all other students (1st-5th grades) at the back gym door (by the playground entrance). A PTA Volunteer may be on-site to assist with transitions, if available.

For questions, please reach out to Deb at

Spring Registration is open 2/27 12:00 PM until 3/16 11:59 PM

Pin it For Fun - P.S. Karma (K-5)

This class is fun, fun, fun!!! This class was created for the students that are into the DIY culture. We will work with various levels and forms of arts and crafts inspired by Pinterest. This class offers a seasonal curriculum. The arts and crafts in this class will always align with the Holidays, seasons and big events going on around the time of the class. Students can create a holiday wreath for the fall, a heart canvas bag for Valentine’s Day, and even abstract rainbows to bring in the summer. This is actually one of our more popular classes. This class can be fun for every age group. This class allows the children to be completely creative in their own way and also be social.

Children will uncover the vital role that science plays in detective work, examine the science behind popular toys and get a buzz out the amazing world of insects! Your Mad Scientists will explore earth science, weather phenomena, and experiment with some kitchen chemistry. Children will build their own Mad Science Machine, and create their very own short animated cartoon!
